Properties:
This product is a white powder, having a specific gravity 1.528, a melting point 324℃ and no poison or taste, and being soluble in water, easily deliquescent in air, and slightly soluble in ethanol and ether. Its water solution is weakly alkaline.
Uses:
This product can be applied to printing and dyeing, tanning, painting, photographing, plating, soldering and tannage, and can also be used to produce many chemicals such as glacial acetic acid, acetone, furanacrylic acid, acetates and chloroacetic acid.
