Features of the Product
Sodium Diacetate (SDA) is the molecular compound of sodium
acetate and acetic acid, associated with a short hydrogen bond. Its
chemical molecular formula is CH3COONa . CH3COOH . XH2O, It is a kind of
white hygroscopic crystalline powder. It is freely soluble in water
(1g/ml) and ethanol, innocuous, and has acetic smell. It begins to break
up when heated over 150℃, and emits fumes and pungent sour odor. The PH
value of its aqueous solution (10 %) is 4.5 - 5.0 .
